Kitesurfing on the lake of Resia
The lake of Resia in the beautiful border triangle is, thanks to the regular winds, one of the hotspots of the international kitesurfing scene! When these regular winds in the upper valley start to blow, the kitesurfers reach top speeds and enjoy the freedom of gliding with the wind! Although Val Venosta valley is on the south side of the Alps, the lakes of San Valentino and Resia are completely frozen during winter.

Ice climbing
If you like the adrenaline cick then you will love ice climbing! Ice climbers, or who wants to learn it, can challenge eachother on the artificial ice tower in Solda or you can climb direclty on the frozen waterfalls in the mountains.
